What you need:
2 pounds minced beef/veal
1 red onion sliced
1 ½ tbsp of oil
½ tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp mixed Italian herbs
½ tbsp all spice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Red chilli pepper flakes to taste
1 chopped tomato
½ cup mixed veggies
½ cup chopped mushrooms
2 green chillies whole
¼ cup milk or cream

How to:
- Sautee the sliced onion in hot oil with the minced garlic till golden
- Add in the minced meat, Italian spices, all spice, salt, and peppers and mix
- Add in the chopped tomatoes and mixed veggies and cook until the meat is no longer pink
- Mix in the mushrooms and green chillies
- Turn down the temp and add in the milk/cream
- Simmer until the milk is blended in
- Serve with some flavoured rice and salad!
