Beef "Seekh" Kebab

Serves : 6

Beef seekh kebabs are extremely popular at restaurants. They are also very popular at weddings and summer barbecues. Since it’s so cold these days, you can use an indoor grill such as George Foreman or just pan fry them. This recipe makes 6 long kebabs. Do not overcook as they can dry out. Enjoy with your favourite salad, chutney and bread.
