What you need :
1 pound minced beef (medium)
4 tbsp Shan Seekh kebab
½ cup hara masala
1 bread slice softened in water

How To:
- Soak bread slice in water.
- Squeeze water out and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the other ingredients and refrigerate for ½ hour.
- Make 6 long kebabs .
- Pan fry in very little oil for about 3-5 mins on each side till golden brown or BBQ using skewers for about 5 mins on medium flame.
