Super Dairy Blueberry Smoothie

This smoothie takes 2 minutes to make and is delicious with no added sugar. It'll give you a good boost of energy! Whenever I buy blueberries, I wash them and freeze them. Not only do they taste amazing straight from the freezer (it's like having little balls of ice cream), but they are perfect to save for smoothies.

What you Need:

(Quantities depend on your preference) 
Plain Yoghurt
Frozen Blueberries
A couple of frozen strawberries
Milk

How to:
  1. Pop the ingredients in a magic bullet, blend and serve!
