Chicken Kebobs/Shashlik

Serves : 8-10

Some people call this dish chicken shashlik, others call it chicken satay and some call it chicken kebobs or skewers. The taste can be varied depending on the spices used for the marinade and the vegetables used.  Chicken shashlik can be served with rice, salad, noodles or you can even make a wrap with it. It can be pan fried, barbecued or made on an indoor grill or grill pan. No more excuses for not making this dish, as I have given you several methods of cooking it. Prepare it with lots of love and serve it to your family tonight with whatever sauce you like.
