Chicken Meatball Puffs

I needed another item for breakfast/brunch when I had guests coming over and I had some mini meatballs ready for another dish I was going to make later on in the night so I used a couple to make these. They were a nice surprise! I recommend making these when you are already making meatballs/mini meatballs- just save some and pop these in for breakfast or a snack for guests.

What you need:

Meatballs of your choice, preferably mini sized. (I used meatballs that were made from medium, not lean ground chicken and had been marinated with lots of different spices, onion, and cilantro)
President’s choice puff pastry

How to:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Pan fry the chicken meatballs
  3. Let them cool a bit
  4. In the meantime, cut the pastry sheets
  5. Place the meatball in the middle of each piece/sheet and wrap up any way you wish
  6. Bake until you get the desired golden crisp you want

Tip: You can also freeze extra meatballs when you are making some for another meal, to make these quick snacks when you have unexpected visitors

ENJOY!
