What you need:
Meatballs of your choice, preferably mini sized. (I used meatballs that were made from medium, not lean ground chicken and had been marinated with lots of different spices, onion, and cilantro)

How to:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Pan fry the chicken meatballs
- Let them cool a bit
- In the meantime, cut the pastry sheets
- Place the meatball in the middle of each piece/sheet and wrap up any way you wish
- Bake until you get the desired golden crisp you want
