What
you need:
2 tbsp oil
1 red onion chopped roughly
1 ½ pounds minced veal
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 large green pepper julienned/chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 ½ tbsp mixed Italian spices (dry)
½ a scotch bonnet diced or any other fresh hot pepper of your choice
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
Some fresh thyme
Some fresh rosemary leaves
A little fresh lemon basil chopped up
Regular basil chopped
½ cup spring onions chopped
1 tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese
1 jar tomato based pasta sauce of your choice

2 tbsp oil

How to:
- Fry
the onion for a couple of minutes in the oil until softened
- Add
the next 10 ingredients and cook on medium heat, stirring often
- Once
the meat is cooked, add the pasta sauce and all the fresh herbs
- Cover
and simmer for about 25 minutes or more if you wish
- Just
before serving, mix in the 1 tbsp cream cheese
- Serve
with rigatoni or spaghetti
