Fenugreek Fish Find

We went fishing in June to Burd’s Family Fishing. We caught four rainbow trout. They washed and cleaned the fish for us and placed it in a bag full of ice. I asked the guy to take off the head and the tail as no one in my family eats those parts. Once we got home, I was excited to cook it and the kids wanted to eat it immediately. This is my go to recipe for making fish. It works for any kind of fish. The secret for cooking fish is in the timing. Don't cook it for more than 2-3 mins per side. When fish is over cooked, it does not taste good. I served it with steamed vegetables & boiled rice.
