Fried Chilli Dumplings Stuffed w/ Tamarind- Guest Post

Serves 2 to 4

This is a guest post by my friend Najia who is a friend of mine from Elementary school. She moved to the GTA this year and has been experimenting a lot and made these for Ramadan recently and sent us the recipe and picture. I am not brave enough to eat green chillies like this but I am sure a lot of you are! Try these out and let us know what you thought.
