Red Chili Pepper Flakes
Garlic Powder or minced garlic
Grated Marble Cheese
Bread of your choice

How to:
- Preheat the oven to 375
- In a bowl, mix equal parts tomato and onion
- Add chopped coriander (about half the amount of the tomato onion mix)
- Add grated cheese to the mix (double the amount of the current mixture)
- Add in spices and taste till you're happy
- Butter the bread slices
- On HALF the slices place a generous amount of the mixture
- Put ALL the bread slices into the oven on a foil sheet or tray (there will be cheese dripping!)
- Take out once golden
- Close up the sammies, cut in half and serve hot
