What you need:

A slice of cheddar cheese
An English breakfast muffin sliced in half
Some butter
Chicken Bacon, Turkey Bacon, or actual Bacon (smoked is better)
Salt & Pepper
A ring mold or a large round cookie cutter a can cut out at both ends

How to:
- Butter the sides of the ring mold, place in a warm non stick frying pan and break the egg directly into the ring mold. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pour hot water around the ring mold (1/2 cup to 1 cup) and cover the frying pan.
- In the meantime, fry/heat the bacon in a separate pan and toast the muffin halves on the same pan on the side or in a toaster
- Place the cheddar cheese slice on the breakfast muffin and have the bacon ready to place as well
- Check on the egg and touch lightly to see done-ness and once done, remove from the ring mold unto a plate then place on top of the cheese or on top of the bacon, whatever you prefer.
- Top with the other half of the breakfast muffin and you’re done!
