I know a lot of you have tried gluten free cauliflower pizza crust or faux pizza crust, whatever you want to call it and have different opinions but I was impressed. My husband and I were quite dubious but really, really liked it. I will say this though, that yes, this pizza cuts and lifts beautifully, but it is floppier than a regular pizza. I mean come on, it’s not dough. It really and truthfully was yummy and I wanted more! It reminds me of a frittata some what to be honest. This recipe is for one 9 inch pizza- double up and make two of them to serve 4 people. Also, if you are worried about excess water in the cauliflower, you can just microwave the cauliflower between step 3 and 4 and squeeze out the water using a paper towel.
I am a big believer in the benefits of juicing if you do it correctly without an over load of sugar going into your system, but I agree with Nida that you cannot just go straight to it. It's good to make it a part of your diet, a part of your life style actually. Start small- perhaps just 3 times a week in the a.m or as a snack? Remember, a little change daily! W.P
Alright. This is happening. I took raw food to a whole new level and will start presenting juicing recipes time to time that showcase how natural foods affect our internal health in a concentrated way.
With juicing, the macronutrients and minerals reach your cells within 15 minutes of ingestion so its one of the quickest ways to see a change in your health and body. Once is not enough, as these need to be a part of your regular routine, so keep in mind that two things must exist here for effectiveness; consistency and being gentle to yourself. If your diet is a classic western diet, the overload of toxins release from this may make you feel queasy and tired. this is to be expected and decreases over time. Many people who go from having a classic western diet to juicing have a miserable experience and I do not recommend that you juice...yet. More on what to do coming up in a video blog soon :)

This Penne with Spinach Alfredo Sauce is one of those ridiculously good dishes that you can’t get enough of. I made up the recipe one night after work. I had the ingredients on hand and I figured something good would surely come out of combining familiar ingredients in a new way. As I had expected, the family enjoyed it a lot. The spice factor may be altered according to your taste. I particularly like the kick the red chilli pepper flakes give, but you may omit them altogether.
Achaar Qeema/Keema is a tangy style meat dish which tastes good every single time. Don’t get overwhelmed by the ingredient list. All of them add to the flavor of this aromatic dish. The crunchy ginger can be tasted and is a very different texture. Can you tell I love this keema? By the way, this is a perfect item for the freezer. I usually make a huge batch and freeze it in portions. Enjoy this with rice, roti or naan. A.K
