Who doesn't like a lovely saffron coloured soup, especially in the fall. Carrots and Jerusalem Artichokes come together beautifully with the addition of ginger and scotch bonnet kicking things up a notch. If you don’t have access to J.Artichokes, simply use potatoes as the other half of this thick soup. It’s actually really easy to make this Potage De Crecy and it doesn't have too many ingredients- so try it out! W.P
