Calabash/Bottle Gourd (Lauki) is white from the inside and green on the outside. It has tiny seeds that you do not have to remove when cutting. I peel it with a potato peeler and then cut it up into small pieces. This dish is best eaten with some sort of flat bread such as roti, paratha or naan.
