![]() Because my husband doesn’t eat fish, I tend to make fish for 1 most of the time and I stick to very quick and easy recipes. The good thing about it is that fresh fish doesn’t need much to make it taste great. I made this easy tangy pan fried fish for myself tonight as my husband and I had a guest over and I had made them meat. I marinated it in a Ziploc bag a night before so it marinated for 24 hours. I honestly just threw a few ingredients together and didn’t expect it to be so nice. I even got my husband to try a bite and he asked for a second! I can't believe it. Success! W.P |
