This is a staple in my kitchen and you will find that I use it in plenty of recipes. Please refer to it when you need to.
What you Need:
1 bunch cilantro (Around 3 cups)
2 medium red or white onions
4 small green chillies
½ cup chopped ginger
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse for 30 seconds till finely chopped. You can make this recipe as is and freeze in small snack size Ziploc bags to use in other recipes.
