Here's Nida's weekly post- and this time you'll learn all about Himalayan salt- which I absolutely love using. W.P So i had promised you guys to continue sending a few more fat flushing recipes for the new year even though I am itching to share other recipes with you all as well. This one is a slight twist, and one that I happened to have all the ingredients on hand for today, to take as my breakfast for work tomorrow. I am excited to try it out! This juice will not only help you flush the gunk out, but also revs up your metabolism. You can also make further adjustments and additions to it; I will be adding cayenne, turmeric, fresh grated ginger and a DASH of pink himalayan salt. Why would I do that you say? The first three items combined are chelators (ingesting a (natural or synthetic substance) into the body which bonds to toxic metals in the blood and various tissues which the body then excretes through the kidney, GI tract, sweat glands and hair) They will not only detoxify your body but help your digestion.
