Garlic paste is not that easy to store if you just take some cloves and water and blend it. That method is fine if you are going to be using it immediately. In order to store it in the fridge, this method works nicely. It is easy and cheaper than buying store bought garlic paste.
What you need:
2 cups garlic cloves
¼ cup Vegetable oil
4 tbsp white vinegar
Boiled and cooled water as required
1. In a blender, add garlic cloves, vinegar, oil and ½ cup water.
2. Blend into a smooth paste and add more water if needed. The paste should be thick not watery.
3. Take an airtight container or a glass bottle and pour the garlic paste in it.
4. It should keep white until you are done using it.
