Today Nida brings us a wonderfully healthy raw recipe that you can try out without feeling guilty! W.P ![]() Its Apple Season!!!!! What better way to parlay the fall into the winter than with crisp, cooling, sweet varieties of apples. My husband and I recently visited Berkley Springs in West Virginia where we came upon their local farmers market with tons of varieties of sweet and delicious apples. There is nothing like freshly picked apples (or sweet corn hee hee). I saw this recipe and immediately made this soup, it is super easy, and hardly any clean up. I warmed it slightly in my vitamix and enjoyed it on my deck wearing my fuzzies and pajamas, soaking in the last of "sit out" weather.
