Jewels of Goodness on a Bed of Flavourful Rice... Moti Pulao (Meatball Pilaf)

Moti Pulao Meatball Pilaf
When I was younger, my mother used to make a delicious mini meatball pilaf and the rice was very light beige with little dark meatballs in it. It looked like it didn’t have much in it, but it tasted amazing. I would move the meat to the side and just have the rice. Now that I am older and have developed a fondness for minced meat, I really love meatball pilaf. Of course, she has not made it in years so I had to try and make it myself. Mine is very different. It’s darker and has more onion and whole spices in it. She would probably turn up her nose at it because it looks so different. But you know what? It tastes absolutely fantastic if I must say so myself.  I promise to bug her and get the other recipe too though for you guys.  For any clarifications for this recipe, follow the pictures.   W.P
