2 nights ago, my husband was craving good ol' spaghetti and I did not have any pasta sauce on hand nor felt like making one from scratch with a few leftover ingredients in the fridge at 8 or 9 pm. (We have been emptying out our fridge as we're headed out of town this weekend for 3 days). I indulged him and tossed together a few ingredients, making use of the rose harissa my friend and fellow food blogger, Nadia, got me. Lemon Rose Harissa Spaghetti just proves that more ingredients don't always translate to a fantastic meal. Less can indeed be delicious and satisfying. W.P
