![]() I began making tangy minced beef like I always do. I needed some julienned ginger for it so I reached into the freezer and took out a Ziploc bag and sprinkled some onto the beef in the pot. As soon as I saw what I had done, I panicked. I had put slivered almonds into the dish instead of ginger. It was too late to do anything so I let it be. How did it turn out you ask?
