It's always tough to figure out new and inexpensive menus for week nights, especially when you have to please kids & adults both. The menu tonight was: king fish steaks (same recipe as fenugreek fish find, just used different fish), beans, and paired it with cheesy mashed potatoes. Everyone loved it and the best part was that it only took me one hour to make. The meal was healthy, tasty, nutritious and had a slight kick to it. What more could you want in an easy week night dinner? I sat down with lots of lemon juice and kept squeezing some onto my fish and beans. Yummmmmmy!!! What did you have for dinner tonight? A.K
