Orange glazed sweet potatoes? Yes, we know those, but how about just regular potatoes drizzled with some orange juice?
We tend to focus on the main course when thinking of what to cook for dinner but sometimes it’s the extra things that make the meal memorable. Peeled and cubed potatoes with some herbs and olive oil are always a top choice for me along with a nice salad when we have baked chicken, so I am always looking for ways to make the potatoes differently. Adding some freshly squeezed orange juice to these potatoes gives them a lovely texture and glaze, rounding off the meal nicely. It's a different and perfect side dish. W.P |
