Spring rolls are a favourite snack all over the world. They taste especially great after fasting during Ramadan and are a popular item then. They freeze really well in Ziploc bags so you can make many at a time and have them handy. Do not defrost before frying- fry them on medium heat straight from the freezer. Almost every country has their own versions of them with different fillings. Here are some of the fillings that I use for variety.
