Tandoori Jerk Chicken you say? Well, Tandoori Chicken is immensely popular in South Asia and that popularity extends to foodies all over the world. People make Tandoori chicken on the bbq, in the oven and even stove top. The same can be said about Jerk Chicken- the only difference? The taste + the origin of the 2 delicious dishes. Jerk spice mixes have been made popular by Jamaicans and now most of us enjoy it, especially in North America. I make both Tandoori and Jerk Chicken but some times, I mix the 2. Because I can!
