Look at that poori. I mean really, who wouldn't want to eat that. YUM! Here is the last recipe you need to serve up a perfectly "desi" (Indian/Pakistani) weekend brunch. You now have the recipes for pooris, cholay salan (chickpea curry), and aalo ki sabzi (potato curry). Try it out this weekend and let us know what you think.

I don’t think I know anyone who does not like poori. It is a fluffy ball of goodness filled with air, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I bet you cannot have just one or two or maybe even three. Most adults will eat at least 4 and still want more!!
