W.P Growing up in Houston, I developed a love for Tex-mex food. Who says you can't have raw tex mex?! Here is something I love to make when I am short on time and craving taste :)
Tex Mex Avocado! What you need: Chopped Cilantro 1/4 tomato chopped 1 tbls lemon juice Chopped jalapeno to taste 1/4 chopped red bell pepper 1 Avocado Half your avocado and save the shells. Mash the avocado and fold in the remaining ingredients. Serve in the avocado shells and enjoy! Serves 1 Nida Kazmi |
