What you need:
1 packet spaghetti boiled as per instructions
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 tsps minced garlic
1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
½ tsp dried dill
Cracked black pepper to taste
Pinch of salt
1 ½ tbsps rose harissa (you can increase this of course if you like it even hotter!)
Fresh parsley
Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste

How to:
- Once the spaghetti is boiled, drain and set aside for a minute
- In the same pot, heat the olive oil and butter, then fry the minced garlic till golden
- Add in the spaghetti again, tossing the whole time while the temp is between low and medium
- Add in all the other ingredients and toss till completely coated
- Serve with some freshly squeezed lemon juice and parsley to garnish
