Raspberry & Blueberry Jello Cups

Serves 6

If you’re looking for a light dessert that takes minutes to make, then this is the right one for you. It will be the perfect dessert to serve after a heavy meal. It’s also just the right size for those of us who want one serving of something sweet. Although, I must say that some people who love Jello can eat the entire package by themselves.  The blueberries can be seen floating in the cup and are wonderful to bite into. You can decorate with whipping cream if you like, but I like them just the way they are. My youngest son helped me make this today. He spooned the blueberries into the cups and stirred the jello for me. I poured the jello into the cups and then waited for them to cool. Voila, easy as pie!
