Rosemary & Thyme Fusion Steak

Serves 1 or 2

Steak lovers don’t like their steaks overly seasoned and like to enjoy the flavour of the meat itself I have noticed- so I was careful when making this steak for my husband. He was very, very happy with it and said it was seasoned perfectly. The fresh herbs really help and work better than bottled/packaged seasoning for steaks… so give it a shot! Serve with BFT Mashed Potatoes & Glazed Carrots

Back
What you need:

10 ounce steak
Salt to taste
½ to 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 fresh rosemary stalk
3 to 4 fresh thyme twigs
A little bit of olive oil
Red chilli pepper flakes to taste
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp garam masala

How to:

  1. Marinate steak in a Ziploc bag with all the ingredients for at least an hour or two
  2. Cook or grill as desired
  3. Serve hot with some BFT Mashed Potatoes and Glazed Carrots

ENJOY!
