Salmon with Lemon & Dill

Serves 2

My sis was coming over for a bit so I threw together some salmon, cous cous and a berry and walnut salad. Simple recipes are great for lunch!

What you need:

2 Salmon filets
½ to 1 lemon
1 tbsp capers
Some fresh dill
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Red chilli pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil

How to:

  1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees
  2. Pop the filets unto foil in a oven safe dish/pan and prep with all the ingredients (look at the pictures for reference)
  3. Close the foil tightly and bake for approx 15 to 20 minutes
  4. Serve with some lemon garlic cous cous if you’d like and salad of your choice
