What you need:
2 Salmon filets
½ to 1 lemon
1 tbsp capers
Some fresh dill
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Red chilli pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil

How to:
- Preheat oven to 380 degrees
- Pop the filets unto foil in a oven safe dish/pan and prep with all the ingredients (look at the pictures for reference)
- Close the foil tightly and bake for approx 15 to 20 minutes
- Serve with some lemon garlic cous cous if you’d like and salad of your choice
