Here is another guest post by Najia- you might remember her previous recipe!
Back
Ingredients
gram flour - 2 cups
salt - 1 tsp
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
oregano - 1-2 pinch
thyme 1-2 pinch
baking soda - 1 pinch
chopped mushroom - 1/4 cup
chopped olives - 1/4 cup
boiled spaghetti - 2 cup
oil for deep frying

Preparation
1. Mix gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, baking soda, oregano and thyme add water to make batter not very thick neither too runny.
2. Pour oil in a deep frying wok and set on medium flame to get it warm for frying, make sure oil doesn't smoke
3. Add olives, mushrooms and boiled spaghetti to the batter. If you are a meat/chicken lover you may added boiled shredded chicken (a handful)
4. With the help of tongs/ ice cream scooper you can pick up about 1 tbsp of batter and drop in the hot oil...I use hands...hands do a better job for me....deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
5. serve them hot! :)

ENJOY!
