What you need:
1 ½ pounds 100% lean ground veal
1 egg
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
½ tsp turmeric
½ an onion chopped finely
½ tsp cumin powder
Some finely chopped scotch bonnet pepper or green chilli for flavour
1 to 2 tbsp oil (use as little as possible)

How to:
- Mix all the ingredients and marinate overnight
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan
- Shape into long kebabs (whatever style you want really) using your hands
- Fry, covering the pan as needed so they cook faster and retain as much moisture as possible
- Serve hot!
