What you Need:
12 pieces chicken (legs and thighs separated)
4 tbsp Kissan Tandoori Tikka Masala
1/3 cup yogurt
¼ cup Canola Oil
Salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
How To:
1. In a large bowl, mix the Kissan tandoori tikka masala, yogurt, canola oil, salt and ginger/garlic paste.
2. Wash and drain the chicken legs and thighs.
3. Dip each piece of chicken in the marinade and coat well. Put the marinated pieces in a separate bowl.
4. Once all the pieces have been marinated, cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Take out the chicken about 1 hour before putting on the barbecue.
6. Heat up the grill for at least 10 mins before putting the chicken on it.
7. Grill on high for 5 mins on each side before turning to medium and cooking for another 30 mins or so. Juices should run clear.
8. Take out and place in a large oven proof dish and cover with foil. Serve after 15 mins.
