Tangy Spiced Minced Beef (Achaar Qeema)

Serves 8 to 10

Achaar Qeema/Keema is a tangy style meat dish which tastes good every single time. Don’t get overwhelmed by the ingredient list. All of them add to the flavor of this aromatic dish. The crunchy ginger can be tasted and is a very different texture. Can you tell I love this keema? By the way, this is a perfect item for the freezer. I usually make a huge batch and freeze it in portions. Enjoy this with rice, roti or naan.
