What you need:
3 or 4 cups cooked rice
1 small onion chopped
1 red sweet pepper chopped
1 green chilli chopped
2 spring onions chopped
1 ½ cups mixed vegetables like peas, carrots, corn and green beans
3 tbsps soya sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 to 2 tsp ketchup
1 to 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsps oil
1 tbsps minced garlic
½ tbsps ginger paste
3 eggs
Salt and pepper
A little oil for the eggs

How to:
- Scramble eggs in a little oil with salt and pepper
- Fry in sesame and regular oil, the following ingredients: onion, ginger, and garlic for a few minutes
- Add in the vegetables
- Fry for a few minutes then add in the soya sauce, rice, vinegar, little salt and pepper, the Worcestershire sauce, green onion, and ketchup
- Add the rice and scrambled eggs and mix well
- Serve immediately
